  • Can the POS Hub provide internet to connected devices?

    No, the POS Hub isn't a network hub, so it can't share an internet connection. To stay connected, make sure your POS device and any hardware that needs internet access (like the POS Terminal) are each connected directly to your store’s WiFi or Ethernet.

  • Is POS Hub compatible with the Shopify POS Tablet Stand?

    No, it doesn't work with the Shopify POS Tablet Stand. But it is compatible with many standard stands, like these recommended options:

  • Which barcode scanners and receipt printers can I use?

    Yes. POS Hub works with Tap & Chip, WisePad 3, and Chipper 2X BT. The POS Terminal uses its own WiFi or Ethernet connection to process payments, but can be charged via the POS Hub.
