New industries have developed as a result of these new technologies and the laws are constantly evolving to keep up with the rapid developments.  As a result of this growth in technology, the number of issues and disputes that have arisen due to cybersecurity concerns and the evolving law and policy surrounding it have also increased dramatically.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>NAM\u2019s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice Group<\/strong> understands the unique challenges associated with mediating these types of disputes and our expert neutrals have the background and experience to handle them.  NAM\u2019s hearing officers have been resolving disputes ranging from violations related to the copying of a company\u2019s secure information to matters dealing with tampering of computer data relating to discovery disputes.
