今天刚把插件的更新日志写完，想预览一下有没有问题，但是发现找不到查看插件更新日志的入口了，希望添加回来。

似乎是前阵子 4.18.x 时优化插件页面时的疏漏。

ps：现在以卡片视图浏览已安装的插件时也看不到插件作者了，希望一起添加回来。
